We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By accessing our site or purchasing a Clip That Code license, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the additional terms and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Clip That Code is a digital software product. No physical product is shipped. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the features and capabilities of our products. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any feature will be accurate.
Clip That Code is offered as a one-time purchase across four license plans: Starter ($19.95), Basic ($39.95), Pro ($79.95), and Business ($149.95). You will be billed ONE TIME. This is not a recurring subscription, and there is no monthly or annual billing. Your credit card statement will show a charge by Clip That Code.
The checkout is currently operated in transparent test mode. No real card data is collected, stored, transmitted, or processed, and payment attempts are declined. To complete a purchase and receive access, please contact support.
Section 6 — Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our digital products. If you are dissatisfied, or if the product does not function as described or has technical issues, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Full details are available in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 8 — Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If we determine that you have failed to comply with any term of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
Section 18 — Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Netpo LLC and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
